Garden without natural look is unusual. The natural look to garden is provided by presence of living as well as non living things like water fountain. According to feng shui water bodies in the garden is essential. Use of electric fountain adds spender to the environment of garden. Presence of electric water fountain will produce a sound of water falling that will make you relax. Thus garden fountain requires proper maintenance to sustain the beauty around it.

Water capacity of the fountain
Water capacity of the fountain depends on the dryness in the air and type of fountain. Thus in summer fountain requires more water than in winter. For water filling, read the instructions carefully about the certain artificial fountain and then fill the water accordingly.

Problems that occurs usually to the garden fountain

• Sometimes the water flow is uneven in the garden fountain due to uneven sinking. Thus garden fountain should be constructed on strong and stable and leveled ground. Add silicon sealants to the garden fountain to control the flow of water.
• Water sometimes does not flow down the fountain. The reason would be, water pump socked is not plugged. Water will not flow if it is trapped by fountains heavy weight.  If water is not flowing down it would affect the electric motor and even destroy it. For this problem plug the socket and check if any pipe is blocked due to heavy pressure. Replace the electric motor if it is not working properly.
• Check properly for any solid blocking the water hole and remove it.
• Add the medicine to avoid the growth of mosquito and other insect in the water of fountain. The medicine should be safe for animal and especially birds as birds often drink water from fountain. Do not use window cleaning fluids, scouring compounds, gritty cloths, household scouring compounds, lacquer thinner, benzene, leaded for fountain which is coated with metals.
• In case of having electric fountain in the garden, avoid the visit of the pets for drinking water in the garden. Properly fence the garden to avoid any outside animal inside the garden. The flowing water in fountain produces the shock that would be harmful for any pet.
• Regularly drain the water of fountain and refill it with fresh tap water. Before filling new water scrubbing is required. Dirty fountain water produces foul smell not fit for the garden area.

Proper maintenance is required for providing its real beauty to the environment.
